By using noctie.net you agree to these terms. They cover this website only; using Noctie itself is governed by Noctie AB's own terms, which you accept when you create a Noctie account.

1. What this site is

noctie.net publishes English-language information about Noctie: features, pricing, downloads, help articles and product updates. The binding terms for any purchase are those shown at the Noctie checkout and in the app stores.

2. Trademarks and content

Noctie, the Noctie owl mark and the Noctie apps belong to Noctie AB. Product descriptions, screenshots and quotes are used to describe the product. The articles on this site are written for noctie.net; you may quote short excerpts with a link back, but not republish pages wholesale.

3. Affiliate relationship

noctie.net earns a commission when you start a Noctie subscription through links on this site. This does not change the price you pay. Commission never changes what this site says: pricing, trial terms and feature lists describe the product as it is.

4. No warranty

Content is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and current, but prices, version numbers and features can change, and we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of this site. Nothing here is chess coaching advice tailored to you — it describes what Noctie does.

5. Your account and payments

We do not operate Noctie accounts, process payments, or issue refunds. Web subscriptions are billed by Lemon Squeezy on behalf of Noctie AB; iOS and Android subscriptions are billed by Apple and Google. See our help center for how to manage them.
